No, there isn't.

An SEC suspension for anything other than delinquent filings by an SEC registrant automatically results in an SEC investigation. That alone results in disqualification for FINRA to process any corporation action.

Including an R/M.

Crypto was suspended for fraud. Allowing them to perform a reverse merger would just allow them to continue to perpetrate any fraud for which they are currently being investigated!

Which is why they are not allowed to do so while the SEC investigation is underway.

RMRK may also be suspended by the SEC at any time.

They are seriously delinquent in their SEC filing obligations. The SEC is now routinely suspending companies that are 18 months delinquent or less. RMRK is 2 1/2 years delinquent.

Sure, Crypto claimed they were paying to bring RMRK filing's up to date, but that may not be possible. And even if it is, they may no longer want to spend the money or effort to do so, since there is no question FINRA will not permit a reverse merger of suspended Crypto into RMRK even if they do correct their filing delinquencies.

It is likely that RMRK's file has been moved up the pile at the SEC due to their link to suspended Crypto. An SEC suspension of RMRK could come at any time, even this week.
