Yes, obviously we don't always know which ones will get there but I was making a point in regards to your comment about how they might have to retire some shares to the treasury in order to reach pennies and that's far from true.

My suggestion is practice (or learn) technical charting. I find its very helpful with calling tops and bottoms.
