I only reasonably' paid attention to the Open Court process, going on in Judge Walrath's Court, ... however', ... having spent quite a bit of time myself, "north of the gate" (an open court actual participation term), ... I was more than aware of all of the "drama" that goes on', ... especially' in a case as large as WaMu' ... the word "complex" ? does NOT come close to doing this case justice' ...
I saw MW, show up with a bag full of money, after the fact', in 2009, along with Esopus Creek, and I found Judge Collyer's, D.C. "dual tracking litigation" to be very, very, interesting' to say the least' ...
Those European WMB Bank Noteholders, ? ... well, They were the Real Deal' ... 22 Billion in Euro's, issued out of the UK', and as stated', They' did NOT give a hoot about the SEC, or the FDIC' ... WaMu was a Multi-National, ... Rock On' ... The WMB Noteholders, were telling Rosen, ... sorry dude no deal', lets just fight it out' and see what happens, ... so, Plan 6 was earmarked to fail' ... the "Road King" survived, and the "Litigation Morass" was never to happen' ...
I truly began a deep study and research in latter 2012, after the reorganization, ... I began sequencing documents, process, and relevant filings' ... BUT' ... ONLY those documents that were either, signed off on by one of the Judges', or submitted to the SEC with a signature' of responsibility ... and AZ luv's Footnotes' ...
One can actually eliminate some 90% of the legal confusion, buy scrolling to the bottom of a doc' first, in search of an actual "Signature Of Approval" ... Attorneys, love to file "Motions", ... ("Lawyer Chow") ...
So, ... Yes' along with some others' ? ... I actually thought 2015' was going to be our year, ... but' ... we all saw what happened, as we moved to a 06/30/2017, final with the "Globic" Settlement' ... (now Thankfully done) ...
anyhew, ... In My Opinion ? ... Everything is Still Financially Just Fine, ... This is just taking longer than expected' ... My Own Clock ? doesn't start until roughly February of 2012' when Judge Walrath actually approved Plan 7' as submitted, with OUR' inclusion' ...
