They said uplist to Nasdaq which means they plan on pod being above $4.00 for at least 30 days after Symbol ticker change then they can be uplisted to Nasdaq. For that to happen and according to their plan and purpose of doing all of this they obviously would roll in enough businesses with numbers to support this plan and this is why any company Reverse merges into otc but we all know this already.
