Yes. Most of them do. But what Kisa has done isn't really a reverse merger. He bought a shell and changed its name to Gifa Inc. Which is not the same as Gifa Holding or any of the pre-existing Gifa companies.

So we have no idea at all what assets it does or does not hold.
