It makes all the sense in the world. That is why they bought 71% of the company stock! They control everything now! Now whatever they put into the shell their 71% is a huge financial reward. That is why companies go public! Can you imagine how much that 71% would be worth with $500 Million worth of LNG ship assets in it! All that for a price tag of $25,000 as has been stated several times! LOL! JMHO

Because with 400 million shares in issue and a public float of 20 per share the company is par with its 8 billion dollar deal sitting on the table. IMO

Because when private assets come into the public domain, where there is infinitely more capital, those producing assets become worth multiples more. Future earnings are figured into today's price. 100% of 2B or 71% of 10B, which is better? Plus, it's easier to raise capital for expansion/development/mergers/acquisitions. But in order to go public, there have to be a certain number of stockholders/a certain % of the company for sale.
