Why would ANYONE put assets in to something they owned 70% of when the assets are sitting where they own 100% of them?
Makes NO sense at all.
And why would the bank that loaned them the money to buy those assets sit back and watch them give 30% of them away?
At best, they'll do a reverse split and a secondary offering, but that would have been a lot easier and a lot more profitable through an exchange traded equity, so even that seems unlikely.
