Again like I said in my two previous posts.
The phase 2A trial was designed foremost to test the safety and dosing different levels of A273. Turns out, once more and again, that the 6 highest and therefore best usage of dosed responded far superior to SOC.
The SOC you are comparing has its optimal dosage and can therefore ONLY be compared to the 6 best dosages in the phase 2A. I don't hear you saying anything about that. Anavex will dose the 300 in the upcoming trial as the 6 in the previous one and I cannot imagine why the 300 will turn out any different than the 6 super-responders. I am sorry to say but its kinda silly and unnecessary to do the work you did and compare the phase 2A with present SOC and or previous control arms for given reason. Its literally comparing bananas with cutlery.
