Fire- Go to the annual reports around 2011, 2012. They aren't going to spell out back and forth trading of course (although I recall seeing something like 5 mill shares being picked back up by Alpha in Feb 2012). Arland stopped being a 5% plus owner I think between 2011-2012 and Alpha was a 5 plus owner in 2012 on for several years. Not certain Alpha picked up the Arland shares but seems quite possible given the table showing ownership in annual.
On Alpha, I'm not sure why you think that party recently purchased the 800k plus all of a sudden. Those shares are very likely IMO from series C convertibles being converted since the 2016 annual when the series C count was much higher- had they not been selling any common shares, their series C conversions alone would be more than 800k shares IMO. Now even with the 78 series C left, they are down to under 800k shares so obviously they are likely selling down their position IMO.
