Yes but you have compared SOC where they have already figured out the right dose and response. So the present patient group should only be compared with the whole group of SOC in the same phase with weak doses as well.
Meaning 10 patients 30 mg drug A compared to 10 patients 30 mg drug B.

Also you are comparing SOC first 6 months with A273 after 2 years.
2x bad comparing dose SOC vs A283 and duration its working SOC vs A283

There is no comparing. There has not been ANY drug with that dose doing what A273 is doing after so long still!

Im sorry, I wasn't really clear in my last post. Allow me to rephrase.
One cannot only compare present SOC with A272 if there is an equal playing level field. The equal playing level field consists of three rules in the comparing rules: 1. Optimized Dosing. 2. Equal period of time patients taking the drug. 3. A statistical number of relevant participants.

When the dose is optimized A273 beats Soc
After 2 years taking the drugs, A273 beats Soc by far
The 6 super responders have been of course far less than the many patients in present SOC but in the next trial Im sure will prove A273 is statistically relevant and beat SOC given the present readout of the trial
