Very well put together post Doug.

With your knowledge if they drill outward/deeper/etc when and “if” will this take place in the grand scheme of things in your estimation?

Others feel free to chime in and well.

Holy smokes !!! How fortunate is this board to have this post by douginil!!!
Ummm I consider that post an amazing Christmas gift to every investor on this board !! To think we are in the company of someone with doug's credentials is simply fantastic!!! I am horribly sick today and can't even make church this evening!! Now I can go back to bed with a smile on my face !! While coughing so hard I fear a vital organ will fly out of me !!
In all sincerity please say I prayer for me or send a good thought my way!!
The doctors can't figure it out!!
Maybe I should update my will !!

Very important to understand for all new and old investors! Please correct me if I'm wrong!! Based on several discussions with management the resource is " 100% open at Depth" which means we have no idea how big the ore body is !!!
Also the "resource field" is open horizontally in 3 directions!!! This is huge because: Scott Honan told me personally " I can't wait to do further drilling! But the FS is a snapshot in time! Once I'm able I will do further resource assessment!!"
The critical factor is it's much cheaper to go wide than deep in terms of operational expenses!! In other words there is the possibility that we could get a lot more material with less cost !!! And the market and money people will love it !!
We must all remember the Feasibility Study is a "snapshot in time" because management could keep changing variables all the time. Bankers and money people want risk removed and the highest level of certainty possible.
Our current Feasibility Study is plenty good !!!! And there's is like a 99.99 % chance it could get much better !!
We don't need it to be better, but it could only help !!
2 minutes of clarity and back to bed !!!!

Douginil, your post is the best present we could possibly receive around the Holidays. With your 40 yr background in alloys, some very very compelling arguments in favor of investing in NioCorp. Possibly the best if not one of the very best posts of why this mine is such a great project and an excellent investment. Many of the points you made are entirely new and add further value and a fresh perspective.

Thank you for sharing!

I hope no one minds this, but take a look at some off the investors on this board!! I honestly think this will build confidence in many investors and possibly new ones as well!!

1) douginil: 5 decades in aerospace Alloys !!
2) TO Double D: I keep forgetting but it's high tech stuff! Plus I think he worked on rockets!!
3) Walterc: retired founding partner of a large accounting firm based in Belgium. Enjoying life in his 70's. Just a little experience there!!
4) big al engineer
5) Boilermaker engineer
6) hoppajohn : I'm thinking he might be a lawyer? If he is who I think?
Please don't sue me for saying that !!
Many others !!!

Please my fellow investors it's not bragging let us know something about you if you're ok with it? Just an invitation!!

Point is we all found this stock with whatever circumstances we did. But it good in my opinion to know people much smarter and experienced than me are in this thing !!!

For the record: I'm just a janitor with an opinion! (so to speak) (Putz thinks I'm a pecker head!! Lol and honestly sometimes I am !!) I'm not an actual janitor but my dad was!! Oddly I'm feeling the itch to be one !! I literally was in Sam's Club looking at commercial cleaning supplies, thinking I should start a cleaning business!! Then cried out " no Jesus no!! What is happening!" I sure hope it's the meds I'm on !!!
