Will see what is going to happen in next Feb. In 2016 and 2017, he had lawsuits to keep investors, now the only things he has are deals which promised so many times.

Not only that, but some deals aren't even deals, just statements of expectations, not even promises. I would not just "shake hands" on anything that is not also written in stone. SFOR is in a very weak negotiating position re: its "deals".
