Please note that the Compliance Department reviews customer concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Whenever they don't want to deal with an issue anymore they give you the "we sent it to the compliance dept" which translates to this: "compliance doesn't give a rat's arse about your complaint and you won't be hearing back from them.'
