The proof that we have is that they wrote that in their PR. If no one is calling and asking that they do this, then I would guess that no one will take them up on their offer.
However, they just did $12 million with a similar deal with other investors who were mainly funding them at what had been the current share price for quite some time.
This deal looks to close up next week. So either shareholders take it, or they don't. It is what it is.
I'm sorry you are not receiving any answers to your questions. Have you tried calling them? And yes, I understand that many shareholders do not qualify to be accredited shareholders. But still many do. However, some such investors may not have readily available $100k to $1 million. So it would seem that this offer makes the entrance for those who do qualify more easy for them to average down.
