So, unless you see an acquisition of "New Energy Co" by JBZY within the next two weeks, it will also not show up in Q4 and the Annual Report. But don't worry, Q1 2018 will be posted in May 2018 if JBZY still exists then....

So I have heard this before, that ZJMY is not yet a part of the JBZY stock. How could the same logo for ZJMY be on our otc paperwork as well as be in our official company name, and not be a part of the stock? When the dealerships in China sell cars with the “z” logo, is that not our company? Maybe some of the dd experts could help explain this in more detail.

I did confirm last Tuesday with RO that ZJMY is the batteries that have been merged into JBZY. NUF SAID!
