I can't tell you who messes around with logos, but someone in this company is very eager in that respect.

When a car of the Z-brand is sold, revenues should be accredited to "Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Technology Co ltd". DOLV, aka JBZY, on the other hand, has acquired "JB&ZJMY ltd". Until the two different companies merge or one is acquired by the other, these are 2 separate entities.
