I am not sure if ADNL will hit .15 but I would bet my bank roll this stock can hit .03-.04 easy. Lets face it they have some good news coming soon enough. Also the OS of 600 million is nothing. Also it looks like the money that Keith got for the dilution is going to grow the company. He has done some great things that last month or so.
