So the Government never buys NEW TECHNOLOGY? Okay. :-)
The Government has the ability to test new, cutting edge technology that hasn't been used before, and purchasing upon successful testing.

Since DPT is not a public company, time will tell. I just don't want to be 'out' of BVTK, once time tells... :-)

Although maybe your right...I did see some high ranking officials from the DHS picking up security solutions at Best Buy yesterday...
