So the Government never buys NEW TECHNOLOGY? Okay. 
The Government has the ability to test new, cutting edge technology that hasn't been used before, and purchasing upon successful testing.
Since DPT is not a public company, time will tell. I just don't want to be 'out' of BVTK, once time tells...
