They can’t issue any new shares. But apparently there’s an old one converting. Hence that December 7 tout. I see this with all sorts of STOP sign dark stocks alllllllllll the time. I’m sure the CEO is almost ready to get rockin, but longs are just gonna have to endure this I guess. Pisses me off
