From what I got there were 4 billion shares authorized before Steve came in and increased to 9 billion that’s was back on April of 2016

As of yesterday
Outstanding Shares 3,974,642,631 a/o Dec 11, 2017

So that left 25,358,000 or close to that left before maxing out the authorized

All other shares can not be put into market until they are current with the otc i don’t see how any type of dilution can be going on do you?
