So they sold about 450k of their 2m shares, bought near $2/share and now sold at .053-.057/share?

I'm not sure what to make of it this stock is beyond what I'd usually trade it's crazy market cap a little over a million bucks, down from dollars to .05 on fairly consistent and low volume with revenues of what $180mil it's crazy
