It seems to me that the sell for .53 is from insiders.

I do not see a $2.00 buy but do see Raging Capital Management slowly selling their shares. They started buying in Feb/March 2017 and thereafter started selling. They were active buyers seems to me.

Anyone here cares to share thoughts?
