If we had seen 1 bil more shares sold into the bid and stock crushed out - we would know the management had no real intentions here.
The fact that the market stabilizes over the news - and only 100 mil retail sold for either a wash or a loss- not too bad after yesterday.
If we begin to trend back north - one could argue - with a clear company direction and leadership now- and a defined focus with outreach - this is a Much stronger stock by merit and diligence.
