The answer is within the 8-Ks. December 8 is Friday, just two days away from the anticipated release of the 2015 10-K. The company committed to the SEC total compliance with reporting by the end of January 2018.

I KNOW THEY NEED TO ANNOUNCE THE FINANCIAL. WHAT IS TAKEN THEM SO LONG?

IMO what is important is not the financials; not the data---it's getting current with their filings. I don't care what the financials show, it's the potential of their platform and systems that matters. Even if it shows they are $20 million in debt and have no revenue, that's to be expected given the years of research and development. They are looking at a market that is hundreds of $billions. Their system is new so the potential is difficult to project..........but it is staggering in size regardless. IMO
