OK- it takes no secret to know -- although every aspect of my DD regarding new management , new direction and when they play to start was ALL CORRECT- they intriguingly kept the only direct connection to MJ on the board- and then went into horse racing and that industry.
I decided to keep my shares here for a reasons --
1- the volume was incredible and someone was always there to buy all those shares. So since I bought 1/2 over last few months - I just kept them.
2- I'm doing a ton of research now and it's actually not bad. There is definitely value coming here but I want to state something of intrigue. The stock NEVER officially was in "cannabis". They were in nutriliquids and the cardboard and boxes years ago. There is a chance the new management wanted to purchase as much of the stock as they can - back. why ever even mention cannabis ? I found that intriguing. THEY ALSO SAID THEY SEE NO LONGER IN CANNABIS. We're they ever? Or are they still considering it ?
3- regardless - I will post way more thoughts later today. This is perfect example of how I do my DD - and never have inside information etc. almost always I get most of the variable sod the DD correct - and sometimes the company Decides to go a diffenret corporate route for business direction. That is ON THE COMPANY and management. They were close lipped and one could assume that was all good. No one knew what was coming today. Plenty were there to buy it though.
4- I left a message for the new contacts and I will push forward to find out why they went this route and what prospects will this now have. I do like that's it's still a shell and holding company. That means it can always announce - we have also chosen to enter or renter - the cannabis or Bitcoin etc. so I didn't knee jerk react and sell at .0001 like many did. It's not worth it to sell 1's. Not after that incredible volume IMO.
Thanks for your kind words to me. I'm not at all happy obviously as they had so May things going for them here. Proper expecution and choosing an industry that presents value and assets to shareholder is most important. If the shareholders win first - everyone wins. Well- it appears the management and new CEO will have some explaining to do as they implied certain valuable assets are coming to this allowing customers a unique opportunity to get involved in the investment and returns of horse rearing and racing.
I'm aware of two of those huge Stables - and now I need to do a ton of DD to see the merits and why they why they were so sure this was the best way to come to public.
