Yes. These people are contemptible. They only distributed the actual bill to Congressmen about an hour ago. It's hundreds of pages long, with lots of handwritten annotations.
Jon Tester, the Dem senator from Montana, just did a little rant about it. He's furious. And it's interesting that he was the one to comment. Montana is a very conservative state; he's far from being a raging liberal.
