Didn't fabricate it at all. It was one of the conspiracy theories involved with the 375 share purchases. Trust me, I'm not smart enough to make that up.
Actually I remember having read it - there was a group of poster that was doing thesis on the number 375 and trying find some connection to some plan by M - which in reality did not happen till now - today SP went below $3.75 but closed @ $3.77
Maybe M was telling us - we are delayed SP will go down to 3.75 so do not buy now
