Stocks have done such on numerous occasions. It does need to be eventually rectified, but it's not a game stopper. All SHMN has to do is simply fill out a form and submit such to their Secretary of State (SOS) increasing their Authorized Shares (AS) to a logical number above the 1.25 Billion OS and such won't be an issue.
