A reverse split only raises the Share Price. It does not dilute the stock. Many institutions cannot purchase VOIP-PAL due to share price today. With institutional buying you get better support and liquidity, the major issues with Penny Stocks. It makes sense and is good for the Company.

There will not be a reverse split, if there were, that would be my clue to sell! Haven't been around this stock for over a decade and invested for over four years, looking for such a LAME "clue"!
