No, ZERO SENSE for us here! Believing all it does is decrease the shares, up the share price is example of not knowing the history of reverse splits. For a GREAT example, look at DRYS!
This "institutional nonsense" is just that. Agreed, NOT ALL INSTITUTIONS could purchase VPLM, currently, but those are not going to have interest anyway!
Another thought on this "institutional nonsense", if it were the case a certain price could be reached and the flood of institutional would come flowing in, there would be Hedge Funds set up to take advantage of that stupidity and would run stocks to that level!
