Big deal the guy said "chief judge".. I don't really see that as important enough to affect the overall ruling of the SCOTUS in that case. Also I read the individual baseline remarks by the justices from day one & my impression was the majority does not think the PTAB should be scrapped. I think that's more weighty than the use of judge instead of justice.
