True Nav. Judge probably won't go with arbitration. With him being former sec, I can't imagine the defendants want to face trial. I agree they could offer them a gift to go away, but don't know if Wangs pride or honor would allow it. If they did, they shouldn't be released the funds until one year after an uplist. lol Screw em!
