Clearly, those defendants are not entitled to any shares.

You have to give a valid reason to the TA when you direct the TA to issue shares, which there was none.

Wang & $JBZY$ are more pragmatic than we might believe IMO. If faced with doling out money that will be spent on attorneys fees anyways a modest nuisance settlement in mediation is the way to go... much quicker!

But no matter what, we have top notch representation and those defendants would be wise to take anything ASAP or bail. JB&ZJMY Holding Co. is the real deal and will not put up with scammers!
