Az,I don't get the connection, if any, to escrows in this scenario, "I think WMIH-Corp the newco, has already tapped those Debt Instruments in the third quarter' "
Please explain the possible escrows connection to these dividends.

AZ,
.
You mentioned a few times relating to debt structure of former WMI.
WMIH Corp(WMIH) is able to access or to tap into these trusts.

What did you mean by it?
All in all as we understood from all documents:

All residue assets (except a few listed by WMILT), liquid or illiquid, of former debtors, WMI, WMMIC, inside bk and receivership or outside bk, will be administered and distributed by WMILT to owners of former WMI.

All preferred and common equity and related certificates and rights had been cancelled on the effective day, 3-19-2012.
All residue assets of former WMI cannot be distributed or reverted to debtors nor reorganized debtors (WMIH Corp).

Dividends distribution to current wmih common shares seems legally impossible.

Please verify or help us to understand it in details as a highly respected poster here all these years.
