~ The Trust' (in this case, the WMI Debt Structure) actually produces the Divi' ~

However, If' the reorganized newco accesses the Original WMI Debt Structure (the Trusts) ... Then the newco (WMIH-Corp) must also declare' ... "shareholders of record" ... first, ... and then the divi' is paid in arrears' ... 12/01/2017 & 12/15/2017 respectfully' ...

Or ? If Newco hasn't tapped the Trusts' ? ... the next date for the fourth quarter 2017' access and usage, would be 03/01/2018 and 03/15/2018 respectfully ...

If I were to take a guess ? ... I think WMIH-Corp the newco, has already tapped those Debt Instruments in the third quarter' ... and If I am Correct ? we will see next week'
