You are right that 800m is "almost" 1b
But in perspective it's also the same "almost" no dilution ever

They have diluted 300m in 11 years
They have 200m to go to get to 1b

At that rate it will take another 6 or 7 years to get there.

I would say that the company will never reach 1b shares with out absolute success or failure.

In the next 2 years this company will either be in production or it won't exist.
And I gave it 2 years because if it fails there will be hang-ons who will flip an empty shell.

If Kim can't produce in 2018 I think they are finished
