Not even close to an exaggeration. There is in fact ALMOST one billion shares outstanding.

The army paid them under one million dollars. From my understanding a maximum of $1 million and no guarantee of more.

You're acting like this is a done deal when it's only begun.

They issue 200 mil more shares at the current share price that nets them another million dollars. In other words, the amount of money that the contract is worth is the same amount of money that would set us over one billion shares.

At the rate things have been going it's more likely we hit one billion shares than it is we hit a dollar.
