I don't think there will be inside buying for the time being. I think management is aware of many of items that are in process that have not yet been disclosed. Until they announce this information they may not be able to make purchases since they might be purchasing with inside information. Also with the Comcast settlement they may need to wait until after the next SEC year end filing(12/31/17) when the company will need to disclose some information of the settlement which will be seen on their balance sheet and income statement. Currently they know much more than the shareholders about how the case was settled and may need to wait until some of this information is made public through SEC filings even though there is a confidentiality agreement. Go PNTV!!!
