Whiplash... you have been the voice of reason on this board for quite some time! On this Thanksgiving holiday, I'm thankful that you are here to provide balance, facts, critical thinking and sound judgement. This stock sure seems like a SCAM and while some PUMP and hype the forward looking statements that never seem to come to fruition or continually get "delayed" (dangling carrot)... you sniff out the truth behind this company which is becoming more and more evidently SCAM like. Those are my words, not yours, but as the realities of this company reveal themselves... it seems like the only benefactor is richie boy and his under the table arrangements and his exorbitant, unjustified 150K - 250K salaries. The shareholders are losing everything by believing in a ceo who has consistently failed, scammed, hyped, reverse split and destroyed shareholder value for over the 10+ years he's been doing this. These are my opinions but we've all seen stocks exactly like this one... dilution, dumping, pumping, BILLION share OS's, idle promises, REVERSE SPLITS. Wash, rinse, repeat... PUMP and DUMP!

May you all have a bountiful holiday season... regrettably, i don't think it will be from the result of this stock. Happy Thanksgiving All!!

I can point to you being the exact opposite and looking at the CEO as a villain.

Truth is, if he settles the debt with more shares, he actually reduces the amount of skin he has in the game.

All these other accusations about using his shares so southridge can short and do all this other stuff is just BS that has no merit and facts behind it.

What is his real goal? The answer is an ancient one. To kill death, Immortality. Much like Gilgamesh, Rich has embarked on many great adventures. Each and every one an attempt at commercial triumph.
Relentless in his pursuits he meets with the Goddessa Christie, she blesses him with a drink of her prosecco. They design a product that has the power to inspire countless millions all over the World.

Your proposed scenario is rather complex as it contains so many independent moving parts. Trust and laundering would be required to erase the evidence of wrongdoing at each and every transaction. That is why federal laws are effective in inhibiting securities fraud. There are a thousand ways to get pinched. Forget about civil proceedings as a deterrent to fraud. That is what jails are for.

Rich may benefit from some expensed niceties, but he is bound by laws not to make false or misleading statements regarding the transactions within or ancillary to the corporation.

Tablet VI
Gilgamesh rejects the advances of the goddess Ishtar because of her mistreatment of previous lovers like Dumuzi. Ishtar asks her father Anu to send Gugalanna, the Bull of Heaven, to avenge her. When Anu rejects her complaints, Ishtar threatens to raise the dead who will "outnumber the living" and "devour them". Anu becomes frightened, and gives in to her. Ishtar leads Gugalanna to Uruk, and it causes widespread devastation. It lowers the level of the Euphrates river, and dries up the marshes. It opens up huge pits that swallow 300 men. Without any divine assistance, Enkidu and Gilgamesh attack and slay it, and offer up its heart to Shamash. When Ishtar cries out, Enkidu hurls one of the hindquarters of the bull at her. The city of Uruk celebrates, but Enkidu has an ominous dream about his future failure.
