I have one that I collected when I cleaned out my sister's house from 17 years ago, lord knows how long before that she purchased it, but she did some serious cooking. I have never once used it and it sits on a shelf in the basement being a major counter eater, I always imagined my blender would do any job I would use a processor for as I only ever cook for two or one.
After watching that show yesterday I realized that was a wrong assessment, particularly impressive to me was that the Cuisinart was the only one tested that would take a whole tomato and instantly turn into perfectly thin slices where the others made the beginnings to spaghetti sauce out of the tomato.
My guess is after what I watched yesterday and the amount of cooking you say you do you'll be back here sooner rather than later proclaiming "where have you been all of my life darling"?
