If youve paid any attention to this message board the past couple days or read their application for Late Filing you would KNOW Financials were delayed because of 3rd party information they had to wait for

They are doing things right and wont release incomplete Financials

Heres a direct Quote from their Late Filing application

Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: State below in reasonable detail why the
Annual/Quarterly Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period. Additional
verification regarding balance sheet items not yet received from third parties.

This is not true. I've had plenty of dealing with 3rd parties and sometimes they are a span in the works. I had to get an extension for my business a few years ago because of a 3rd party. It's way easier to file an extension than to submit a partial and then refile. It would be different if they needed a month, but up to a couple weeks there is no doubt one would file an extension.
