No, you're wrong. The company could've easily started preparing financials earlier and had plenty of time to get this '3rd-party' information. With a dedicated CFO and no new open clinics the fins should've been pretty simple. Q2 was released early which reinforces my statement.

If you wait until the last minute to start fins then YOU SET YOURSELF UP TO FAIL.
