Swede I'm afraid our boy Solly uses you and others to pump the stock (albeit without success). For me the best thing that could happen is not the loan, it is removing Solomon. For me it appears there is a fundamental distrust of this man by institutions. We need to bring in a person that can build value and has a proven record of doing this at rapidly growing companies. Solomon does not have that skill and focus.

But the Trading Center should be a separate building in Guangzhou, but I thought that they already owned that one 100%.

Yes, it is "own development" so not a C&S project. I think they are using the import licenses from Nawei or Vigor so they may not be allowed to own 100% of it in China. Which could be the reason why it is still classified as "deposits" after so many years. Perhaps they need a Chinese partner.

Shouldn't it show up in the structure on page 5 then? (in the 10-K)

The 10-K states that SIAF does not have any ownership in the C&S project companies, i.e Cattle Farm 2, WC1&2 and SDC although it may take an equity stake in them. Not sure why FishFarm2 doesn't show up as a C&S-project.

To follow up on your "more confused"; the 10-Q for Q2 page 19 states that the Trade Center (which we have 4.1MUSD in deposits) had a "Current status of Project" of "30% completed", although I'm not sure that this makes any sense (unless this is what SIAF meant by the "Revenue and profit from this segment is not expected to return to precedent levels until cash flow helping to finance capital expenditures are available to carry out Tri-way’s fishery development and Vigor’s wholesale development".

Page 17 you say; "In 2013, the Company also constructed a trading complex (the “Trading Center”) for the Import and Export at another building adjacent to Wholesale Centers 1 and 2" (this is after they speak of WC1 and

Edit (continued); (...) SDC, so this Trading Center is different than the rest *confused*

the "vigour beef" trading center is another RACKET that isn't owned or controlled by slimeo agrow fuudz.

It is "own development" so not a C&S project. I think they are using the import licenses from Nawei or Vigor so they may not be allowed to own 100% of it in China. Which could be the reason why it is still classified as "deposits" after so many years. Perhaps they need a Chinese partner.

slimeo agrow fuudz tries to use these guys as a trading partner but they are hit and miss and keep having to come up with credit for these guys who operate out of a rickshaw. any serious china side due diligence shows this is the truth.
