It is "own development" so not a C&S project. I think they are using the import licenses from Nawei or Vigor so they may not be allowed to own 100% of it in China. Which could be the reason why it is still classified as "deposits" after so many years. Perhaps they need a Chinese partner.

slimeo agrow fuudz tries to use these guys as a trading partner but they are hit and miss and keep having to come up with credit for these guys who operate out of a rickshaw. any serious china side due diligence shows this is the truth.
