JJ, based on that provision, the Company can require disclosure of the information listed. It is up to the shareholders to decide through their vote on whether the outside candidate should serve on the Board.
Ex has it right. Can you imagine a corporate world with boards having the control that you claim this board has. The ability to block all challenges based on somewhat subjective criteria would give these guys a monopoly of power. I can’t even imagine what that would do to our competitiveness in a global market. How unfair a system would that be? Have you noticed the significant changes our Board has made since Ronin first announced their challenge. They are not doing that to be nice guys. They know they are in a serious competition. Of course Ronin has to compete effectively bringing competent, experienced players to their ticket. I doubt Charlie Manson would provide a competitive advantage. But compete they can. It is the American way.
