Bfiest, everyone has the right to an opinion, but facts indicate most have complained that the BOD had unbridled power...especially when it came to compensation. Imagine that kind of power. An activist shareholder takes this situation out of the ordinary realm. Gloves will be off with both parties. The power is in Tustin and they are calling the shots and the timing of things. Easy argument is that Ronin refused the NDA, so they are in the dark on key issues. There is no defense for lack of knowledge. IMO
