Curiouser and curiouser..... Applied on 9 August 2017, Gazzette notice 29 August and certificate issued 14 November.

So, they knew something back then and confidently started the trademark registration process in anticipation of marketing DC Vax....having to work by "candle light" as they diverted the " keep the lights on money", foregoing their "junket" to London (as some may put it) ... to pay for trademark legal and registration fees....LOL!

DCVax-L has been a registered trademark for 15 years. Did they know something back then?
