I am still waiting on someone to explain how Kate increased the Authorized Shares without a shareholders meeting or a vote of the shareholders. Has anyone been able to confirm with the transfer agent whether the increase in Authorized Shares was valid?
You can believe Kate immediately set up a CD relationship with GPL (Ray Purdon, her BFF...or is it BF, lol?) with those 1.5B extra shares just prior to the court decision.
3's are filling and 2's shortly. Looks like massive dilution bought over last few days. I hate to say told you so.... How many new shares on the market... Billions????
