According to the court order -- Lattuca sold the shares

The gig is up// ON Lattuca - the court order specifically allows shares to be issued to Lattuca to sell into the market and hose funds are erased from the debt of 300k he has a judgement for. He was dumping. Not the company as it appears. That the point I see from recent court docs that might explain the shares

I don't own a single share in QEDN. It's imperative that folks read the court documents and you will find that several key figures who you might think- are NOT IN CAHOOTS- are most certainly.

You want to know there was a huge dump of shares last few days and the increase in a/s cant occur ? How many shares were issued to Lattuca ?? If one share was issued to Lattuca- then Brad Hughes, Michael Lattuca and Lisa Purdon are guilty of market manipulation and in violation of a court order whereby they should not be discussing pertinent undisclosed details to the public prior to their full release on the court website.

SO I ask- one more time- WHY IS THEIR A COURT ORDER THAT ENABLES MICHAEL LATTUCA to be given hundreds of millions of shares of $QEDN to seek for proceeds to satisfy the legal judgement?

And since he is proven now by the courts to have received those shares- IT CERTAINLY EXPLAINS THR HUGE DUMP OUT OF NOWHERE SINCE LAST WEEK. The court doc is from last week. Hmmm

Before you even dare respond- ALL I WANT IS ONE THING - go back to the court docs for lat week and prove to me that Lattuca was NOT given the right to hundreds of millions of shares for sale to satisfy the judgement. I was easily able to find th rcourt document and that explains the huge share purge here. im also sure that management gave loans out to creditors who also dumped likely.

That being said. I have not done recent DD on this stock at all. I just found tha tcourt document and found it very interesting to see that it could be LATTUCA destroying all value here for sahreolhders on his malicious intent to hurt good Shareholders here
